Toyota discontinued the Venza in 2015 so your car would have to be a 2015, not a 2016. Kat's does not show a confirmed fit for a block style engine heater for the 3.5L, but you can use their dipstick style heater # KH15200 which is the easiest possible option for any vehicle with an oil dipstick tube of 1/4-inch diameter or larger. This works in any such engine that allows for at least 5-inches of the heating element to be immersed in the oil.

The 25" x 7-1/4" Heater Pad with Thermostat for RVs # 277-000163 will only produce heat when attached to a power source. If you disconnected the power source it would turn off. 12 volts is DC power though. You would need an inverter if you wanted to convert it to AC power. view full answer...
